The storage buildings are steel "Morton" buildings. The area is fenced, lighted, secure and convient to access--even by tractor trailer. Rental Guidelines Payment is cash or personal check only - No Credit Cards Call the office to make an appointment to sign rental agreement Bring a lock or buy one in our office Check with your home owners or renters insurance to be sure your items are covered. If they are not you may ask for a brochure in our office We require the first month's rent and tax at move in--a refundable security deposit may be required We can answer any questions you may have by e-mail or on the phone. Do not store any Food Pets or living things Propane in our units Camper, boat and trailer storage is also available outside
